All orders are shipped via UPS and take approximately 5-7 business days.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with a product simply return it along with a copy of the receipt for an exchange or monetary refund. Items must be returned within 90 days of purchase in its original condition in order to receive a full refund. All refunds must be done with the same credit card as it was purchased. Items returned after the 90 days will receive store credit that can be used for future purchases. To return or exchange items, please ship your return merchandise along with a copy of your receipt to any CLC retail location. Chicago Lacrosse Company is not responsible for returned packages lost in shipment.
